Guys anybody know which colours the 1974 FS1N (prefix 473) came in? its a DX model !? (Norway) i think.

Working on another set of wheels for the Street & opted for a polished finish on the hubs etc.The guy who did this is 79 years young,been in the game 63 years.
Absolute lovely guy.

Thanks Piet,she is now 2 weeks away from officially being a UK registered German 1971 "SS" FS1 :D looking forward to getting her silver & black metal number plate on a hopefully "J " registration, not the the standard yellow & black plate for 1973 onwards ,the earliest "SS" UK model was on an "L" number plate August 1972,here is my next project....a 1978 UK FS1M 95% original

Light pitting here & there i'm afraid Piet :( but thats as good as they get :) the photo is extremely close up though
I received the V5 from the DVLA today :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: she is now on a UK 1971"j" registration :D just need to insure then i can ride it :D

She is now officially on her UK registration & Shes now done 45 km, a little disappointed with performance but the rear sprocket gearing is wrong (44t) :cry: changing to 39 shortly she's too slow! NO QUICKER THAN MY 4 SPEED :roll:a bit better up hills with the closer gear ratios,think she needs fine tuning & fettling :roll: seems to lack revs,may have to get Gino to have a look :)

Probably the disc isn't on the right position.
Kijk eerst even in de FAQ.
