Hi Gino here is the link to the guy who sells the uprated fs1 clutch kit which will take up to 20+ bhp approx - ( tested on a 5 speed FS1 which had a Metra kit fitted - Flicka's bike in the UK ) - it consists of two metal and three friction plates - the plates are thinner than standard fs1 plates and the clutch spring are heavier. The link is showing him selling a Parma kit but if you contact him via ebay or his email address he should be able to assist with the clutch set up if its of any interest to you . http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YAMAHA-FS1E-F ... 369wt_1059
thanks! we'll have a look at it
his clutch now looks like this

I think what you have done there with Gino's clutch is far better than the other one to be honest bud ! looks stronger ! so I wouldnt bother - looks like you have got it sussed .
I said at Brighton I fancied getting another 5 speed engine from abroad like I had in 2009 !
A sneak peak of another project after my 1979 Wineberry FS1M I have to do matching numbers 1975 FS1 5 speed bike, its not a complete bike, but the basics are there lads - just arrived yesterday -
